Bactrim is the medication of antibiotic group indicated for the treatment of any bacterial infection. Doctor can prescribe Bactrim if you have infection of middle ear, urinary tract, and respiratory tract.
If you have anemia, blood disorders, kidney and liver deceases, porphyria, allergic reactions, pregnant and breast-feeding.
This medication is produced in tablets. You must take a tablet with full glass of water one hour before food. Dosage you can read from the label. Bactrim must be taken at regular intervals of time. If you miss a dose you must not take extra, just take a single one.
Bactrim can interact with a big group of medications so it is necessary to report your doctor about all of them and follow his recommendations.
Bactrim has side effects like nervousness, chest pain, difficulties in breathing, body swelling, and skin rash. If one of side effects occurred you have to visit your doctor immediately and take new dosage prescription. If side effects still occur you have to discontinue taking medication.
