Why a Low-Fat Diet Only Raises the Risk of Heart Disease
We all know from TV, newspapers and magazines that meat, sat fat and cholesterin are the main reasons of fatness and heart troubles. This fact is accepted as almost incontestable. Then how it is possible to explain that every year increasing amount of people running to fat and dying from cardiac accident in spite of the fact that they are taking low-fatty diet. So you should be careful and don’t believe in one of the most amazing concealment in medicine!
In the case if you really want to understand how all this excitement for heart disease and fat got started, you should move to the year 1950. Doctor of Philosophy and physiologist Ancel Keys performed researches regarding heart disease in some various countries. Afterwards he wrote the book “Seven Countries Study”.
If you read the Seven Countries Study you will find out that Doctor Keys noticed so called “remarkable relationship” between cardiac distress and fat meal consuming in seven various countries. In all abovementioned countries those persons who take fat saturated meals had heart troubles more frequently than people who ate food with low-grade of fat.
However the Doctor of Philosophy statistician Jacob Yerushalmy from University of California payed attention to the fact that the total amount of countries during the research of fat influence on heart was 22! So where did Dr. Keys get remaining 15 countries?
The answer is simple – Dr. Keys chose the countries he needed. He selected only 7 countries that matched his analysis and ignored all other. So if we take into consideration all countries, the famous “remarkable relationship”, which was mentioned above will slip out of existence.
Let me present another fact – there are already 60 years passed after Ancel Keys’ Seven Countries Study was brought out and nobody ever proved the his theory about interrelation between fat consuming and heart diseases. Moreover, a lot of researches (leastways those, which are not forbidden by government and Big Pharma) prove the contrary of a statement.
So after carefully examination of all the fact the final settlement is following – fat is not the main factor of heart diseases all over the world, but the carbohydrates are. It is officially proved the they are poisonous in the rough.
